Career Marketplace Canada (CMC) is recruiting individuals who can provide Exceptional customer service experiences, while working from their homes.
What We Offer:
$15.00 – $18.50/hr, paid breaks, and other financial perks;
Paid, online Training (via Zoom) @ $15.00/hr, including:
Learning about Positive Defining Moments to help build client-Loyalty, and
Learning about Customer Expectations for Stellar Service;
We Pay: 100% of your telephone (home); 50% percent of your internet, and 1/3 of your hydro electric Bills (while working from your home).
What We are looking for:
CMC is looking for Customer Service Reps to share our passion from behind the scenes. Candidates must have the ability to provide trust-worthy, attentive, and resourceful solutions to customers, via the phone;
Hires will be expected to provide their own computer and other working equipment;
High Speed Internet, no less than 75MB Uploads & 75MB Downloads, (non-Satellite) 150MB preferred (CMC will be willing to pay for the upgrade).
Candidates must be willing to work part-time shifts (4-hours/day, 3 days/week) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 pm (your local time);
All candidates must provide private work setting that complies with CMC’s standards.
